Getting note hit is a great state for a paladin and i assume for any other tank....
I got last night a little Macro from Shaun, which measures your Avoidance:

I get in normal unbuffed state a value of 65.21 but with my HolyShield it bumps up to 98 ...still a bit to go ....

So Spells and other stuff is still hurting me .....

Last night was a glorious moment in our raid Experience:
A group of 10 fearless Raiders of the EpicWipe (you identify them by their Guild Beltbuckle) was seeking to conquer Naxxramas once more.Since we earlier this week already cleared the Arachnid Quarter we decided this time to kill some undead - the plague Quarters.

Interesting is the fact that all 3 bosses where downed in the first try with no wipes... only while fighting through some really nasty mobs we wiped twice.

Here some information about the bosses and a few special mobs:

• Noth the PlagueBringer
  • By accident we only had 9 raiders in this fight (Bigiz was D/Ced when we entered the room and so he was enjoying it from outside. In addittion our wonder-healer Tree aka Huhugh was killed from some mobs through the 2nd Teleportion phase... (my fault) - the final help came with all 3 Deathknights summoning their Army of the Dead - AWESOME !!!

• Heigan the Unclean
• If you watch the video, u most likely will doubt that you can do this with no wipe. And we felt the same...luckly Shaun gaveus a little glitch: to the left  to the exit door is a little corner which is a deadspot for all AoE....so all range DPS can just go there and stack like crazy. We tanked Heigan on the plattform and when he teleported into his frenzy state(also on the plattform) all melee including the tank just also went into the corner. Simple fight ....really lame if you do it like this

• Loatheb  
• Again this boss is easy when u know what to do .... Healers watch out for the Healing window(helps tremendous if someone is counting down or u have a bossmod), one DPS has to watch out for the spores and inform the group - those spores give additional Crit-Chance Buff to nearby people and are bringing down the Threatlevel to zero (so the tank is better not close)

given our limited success in Naxx, I have spent last nite too investigate how we all can get better. Here are some of the things i found:

Find out your Rank on WoW-Heads and get a neutral rating what u should run and what not - also u get a first impression on what items u should improve (Items, Enchants and Gems)
Enter the following values :
- Zone = US
- Server = Anub'ark
- Name = Your Toon name

Read ElitistJerks - great ressource for endgame Tuning of your tweaks ... i use it daily

Inspect the Items, Gems and Enchants - install the following addons to get insight into the affects of Equipment Tweaks:
- itempimper - simulate gems and enchants add ons
- ratingbuster - get an instant effect off new items....awesome tool !

Install Atlasloot and/or Atlas to get a list of Lootdrops

If we all get more focused on to improve ourselves and each othe, we will be able to blast any Raid in a few weeks
